Delete your AIM account

Option 1 — in the app or portal (instant)

1. Sign in to the AIM app or app.aimers.app.
2. Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word, enter your password and confirm.

Option 2 — without the app

Email info@aimers.app from the email address registered on your account with the subject “Delete my AIM account”. We verify that the request is yours and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Before you delete

• Withdraw any available balance first: pending deposits, withdrawals and payout requests are cancelled when the account is deleted.
• Deletion cannot be undone. You will need to register and verify again to use AIM later.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted immediately: your sign-in access, all sessions on every device and saved trusted devices. Your profile is closed and no longer usable.
• Kept for a limited time: identity-verification records, transaction history, contracts and audit logs that the law requires us to keep for anti-money-laundering, tax and accounting purposes — in restricted, encrypted storage for up to 5 years after the account is closed (longer only if a law or an open dispute requires), then deleted or anonymised.
